He empowers mid-career professionals and executives to clarify their value, strengthen their career narrative, and secure meaningful roles through highly personalized, strategy-driven guidance. Drawing from a successful executive career with Fortune 500 companies—including Textron, John Deere, Black & Decker, and BP—he delivers real-world leadership insight, practical coaching, and measurable results. As President of Kalsai Group, he is also leading the development of an innovative startup designed to help high school students pursue their ambitions while easing financial strain on families. Based in Houston, TX, Kalim is recognized for his structured, accountability-driven approach, ICF-PCC credential, and his commitment to coaching with clarity, strategy, and high-care support.

Hammad Ur Rahman

Hammad Rahman serves as Vice President of Rise-All Mentoring, bringing over 20 years of leadership and hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, and technology project management. A seasoned Systems Engineer and Solution Architect, he has led complex, mission-critical initiatives across the upstream oil and gas sector, with deep expertise in High-Performance Computing (HPC), cloud architecture, application management, and end-to-end project delivery. Hammad is known for bridging technical execution with business strategy—driving efficiency, optimizing resources, and delivering measurable cost savings through data-driven audits and process improvement. He has successfully led cross-functional teams, served as a trusted liaison between IT and business stakeholders, and guided large-scale migrations, deployments, and transformations across on-prem and Azure environments. At Rise-All Mentoring, he leverages this breadth of experience to mentor professionals and organizations on strategic thinking, operational excellence, and building resilient, future-ready careers.

Raza Durrani serves as a Board Director and Communications Chair for RiseAll, where he helps guide the organization’s messaging, outreach, and community engagement. He brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience in strategic communications, commercial strategy, and organizational transformation across industrial and technology organizations, including Eaton, GE, and Baker Hughes. Having lived and worked internationally, Raza offers strong cultural awareness and a people-centered perspective. He is deeply committed to mentorship, leadership development, and creating pathways that help individuals clarify their goals, build confidence, and access opportunity. Raza believes clear communication and consistent guidance are essential to strengthening communities and enabling long-term personal and professional growth.

Passionate about mentorship, Assad is dedicated to helping professionals build strong problem-solving skills, leadership mindset, and confidence in their careers. Having served extensively as both an interviewer and interviewee across various organizations, he brings practical insight into hiring expectations and career progression, and offers valuable guidance on resume development and interview preparation in the software engineering field. Assad holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences.

Asma Fatima serves as a Board Director for Rise All, supporting the organization’s mission to bridge the gap between education and career success through strategic governance and workforce development. She is a seasoned Instrumentation & Controls Engineering Manager with over 15 years of experience across the oil & gas, LNG, and petrochemical sectors, bringing practical industry insight that helps translate academic learning into real-world career readiness.
Throughout her career, Asma has led engineering teams through front end and detail engineering design, procurement, and construction phases on large-scale industrial projects, while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Asma is deeply committed to mentorship and professional development, providing personalized guidance to students and early- to mid-career professionals to build technical competence, confidence, and leadership capabilities.
